Celebrity models always make for great PR value, especially when your father is the ex-Governor of California surrounded by scandal and a Hollywood box office superstar. He may be in front of the lens, but at this stage it doesn't look like slender Patrick will be following in Arnie's pumped up body-building footsteps.
