Throat surgery aside, British singing and songwriting sensation Adele has had a pretty spectacular year.
It's great to see her enjoying success on both sides of the Atlantic and also gracing L.A.'s infamous Sunset Strip with this billboard for her concert at the prestigious Royal Albert Hall.
Adele's billboard was snapped along Sunset Boulevard at the top of La Cienega Boulevard on November 14, 2011.
